The tour will start at 5:30 pm at the Covanta Niagara Facility, 100 Energy Boulevard, Niagara Falls, NY 14304
The dinner will be held at the Como Restaurant and Lounge located at 2220 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY 14301.
